Just wanted to take a moment (a long winded moment) for a side conversation as I feel compelled to thank you for everything you and your team managed to pull off on the Dignitas project.  This was my first project working with the Ballentine name and I could not be more impressed with the experience.  Being a relatively new guy in the business myself, I can certainly understand the pressures your guys took on as first time foremen.  There were certainly new challenges for me that may have been able to be tackled differently in retrospect, but your crew stood tall to every single challenge/change/setback and met deadlines with the utmost professionalism. Eddie is fantastic.  He’s got a brilliant mind and a meticulous way of analyzing the big picture.  Its refreshing to see a guy that cares that much about delivering a great product, even when it means being hard on himself or putting in the extra hours.  Prior to kick-off at Dignitas I was coming off an intense project where integrity and honesty from certain subcontractors was a big issue.  Having seen Eddie in action, I would choose to work with him time and time again as his character breathes confidence that any task or problem that arises will be executed/changed/remedied by his internal drive to do the right thing and not cut corners. Mike is the perfect compliment to Eddie as a co-foreman…and not just because he does all the talking.  He isn’t afraid of the dirty work, keeping the “helpers” accountable, directing traffic and delegating tasks right along side Eddie and their master plan.  He keeps things uplifting in the face of adversity and has a way of building relationships with the other trades on site to help build a “community” of guys working together towards a common result rather than different groups battling each other to facilitate their own selfish agendas. Matt…what can you say there.  He was the all-star closing pitcher sent in to help lock down the last few innings and we couldn’t be more appreciative.  His rapport and dynamic with the guys from the previous projects was a great source of confidence that kept the guys afloat for the grueling final push.  He has a way of holding the guys accountable while building their confidence and skillsets and keeping them laughing.  His inventive nature was extremely impressive. He is a mastermind of MacGuyver-ing things out of strut.   Lance.  Poor Lance.  He was standing on his head trying to give constant pricing, repricing, broken down costs, client changes that were then changed back, fielding calls for advice and direction to guys on site.  Incredible work and he made it happen in a pinch. Simon was a huge help in fielding all of the countless strange miscellaneous questions and requests from the client on days in the beginning where he would stay late to get work done and shoulder such interruptions instead. I don’t want to sell of the other guys short (this email is getting way too long)…Devin, CJ, Gio and so on…all incredible guys that brought positive attitudes to the site here. Just thought the feedback from our perspective may be helpful.  Thanks again, sir, for making this one come together.  Couldn’t be more appreciative of you and your crew.  Looking forward to the next one.  Thank you,

First of all, I want to thank you for setting up the service call as I know Ballentine does not ordinarily do residential service calls.  You were most gracious to accommodate me in my hour of need as I found out I had a couple of serious electrical problems. Secondly everyone I came in contact with was professional, pleasant, and communicated the issues and let me know what to expect.  Both Angel and Lance couldn’t have been nicer and more efficient as they did their work.  And when I asked Lance a question he wasn’t able to answer he had Jermain call me back with the answer.  I was pleasantly surprised at this level of customer service. All in all, I cannot say enough good things about Ballentine Electric’s customer service and the employees I came in contact with for this service request.    Thank you again.
